$1,000 OR LESS
Cater a lunch for your team on a weekend day and ask them to perform a thorough spring cleaning, including purging old files, equipment, and miscellaneous clutter; performing touch up painting; and tidying up the practice, inside and outside.  

$2,500 OR LESS
Choose one:

Ø  Hire landscape experts and add some colour with plants. Work on creating a clear, visible path from the road to the front door.

Ø  Make your practice ADA-accessible. Remember, dogs need ramps too.

Ø  Update your sign. You could install lighting, repaint the sign, or add landscaping around the base

Ø  Add night lighting and wireless cameras to improve the safety of your practice and your team members.

$5,000 TO $10,000
Choose one:

Ø  Invest in proper ventilation to eliminate odours that turn off clients.

Ø  Repaint your building. 

Ø  Install a new roof.

Ø  Invest in branding and a new sign. Create a cohesive image to send a strong marketing message.

Ø  Create a focal point at the entry, like a water feature or pergola.
