This policy is applicable to all Kennel Solutions products &
services , whether specified on this website, www.KennelSolutions.com.au, or
otherwise purchased by you.
In purchasing any Products or Services from Kennel Solutions you agree
that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of
the Refund Policy. Do not purchase any Products or Services if you do
not accept these Terms.
Products
Kennel Solutions offers a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not
100% satisfied within the product in the first 14 days following delivery please email
us and send to us the product in its packaging for a complete refund. Products returned after this period
will not be refunded.

Refund will be by cheque only and will be made within 30 days from receipt of written request and the product being returned to the Kennel Solutions office.
